Before we start Messages you send here are stored so the clinic can improve this service, and may include health information you choose to share. They are stored with our service providers — Supabase (Singapore) and Anthropic (United States) — and deleted after the clinic’s retention period, with the wording removed after 90 days. You can ask the clinic what is held about you, or to delete it: on Messenger we can find your messages, but a website chat is not linked to you, so an individual one cannot be found or deleted.
